The full name of NADH is reduced nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide, referred to as reduced coenzyme I, also known as mitochondrial.
NADH is a biological form of hydrogen (biohydrogen), which produces the energy molecule ATP for cells. When oxygen is sufficient, biohydrogen also reacts with oxygen to produce a large amount of energy and water. As a coenzyme of dehydrogenase, NADH participates in hundreds of redox reactions in cells. After being oxidized, NADH is transformed into NAD+, providing cells with the key anti-aging molecule NAD+.
